The Root Center

Located at the base of the spine, the Root Center governs our vitality and sense of urgency. When defined, it brings a consistent source of energy, stability, and drive. If undefined, individuals may experience pressure to get things done quickly or an inconsistent rhythm. 

Affirmations:

- Defined: "I am grounded and energized, moving forward with purpose."

- Undefined: "I release the need to rush; I trust in the perfect timing of my journey."

The Sacral Center

The Sacral Center fuels our life force and powers our creativity. A defined Sacral provides a reliable source of internal sustainable energy. An undefined Sacral may experience challenges in knowing when enough is enough and may absorb and amplify the life force of others.

Affirmations:

- Defined: "I embrace my creative energy, fueling a vibrant and joyful life."

- Undefined: "I honor my unique and variable rhythm; I value my need for rest."

The Solar Plexus Center

As the emotional epicenter, the Solar Plexus governs our feelings and responses. When defined, emotions are consistent and are experienced in waves. An undefined Solar Plexus may absorb and amplify emotional energy of others.

Affirmations:

- Defined: "I embrace my emotional waves, understanding their wisdom and guidance to bring me clarity."

- Undefined: "I am learning to navigate emotions by understanding what ones are mine and what emotions are from others."

The Splenic Center

As the center of intuition and instinct, the Splenic Center guides us with a visceral knowing. When defined, there is a reliable inner guidance system. If undefined, individuals may absorb and amplify the fears of others, and may hold onto people/things too long.

- Defined: "I trust my instincts and move forward with confidence."

- Undefined: "I release fear; I trust in the wisdom of my inner knowing."

The Ego/Heart Center

This center is about our sense of love and willpower. When defined, there's a consistent drive and commitment. If undefined, there might be challenges in feeling the need to prove oneself and seek external validation.

Affirmations:

- Defined: "I embrace my purpose and pursue it with unwavering determination."

- Undefined: "I trust in the unfolding of my path; I am open to discovering my true purpose."

The Identity (G) Center

At the core of the Human Design chart, the G Center represents our sense of identity and direction. When defined, there's a consistent sense of self. If undefined, there may be a quest for identity and a tendency to adapt to others.

Affirmations:

- Defined: "I am anchored in my authentic self, radiating a sense of purpose."

- Undefined: "I embrace the journey of self-discovery and release the pressure to be the same person every day."

The Throat Center

The Throat Center governs communication and expression. When defined, it brings clarity and consistency. Undefined, there might be challenges in expressing oneself clearly or a tendency to overcommit.

Affirmations:

- Defined: "I express my truth with authenticity and clarity."

- Undefined: "I communicate with intention, knowing my words hold power."

The Ajna Center

Located in the center of the forehead, the Ajna Center governs our mental processes and decision-making. A defined Ajna provides clarity and focus, while an undefined one might lead to uncertainty and overthinking.

- Undefined: "I release the need to overthink; I trust in the unfolding of my path."


The Head Center

Located at the top of the Human Design chart, the Head Center is the seat of inspiration, thoughts, and ideas. When defined, it provides a consistent stream of thoughts and inspirations that can be trusted. If undefined, individuals may experience mental pressure and an influx of diverse ideas.

Affirmations:

- Defined: "I embrace the clarity of my inspired thoughts, manifesting them with purpose."

- Undefined: "I release mental pressure, trusting that the right ideas will naturally come to me."
